Due to lockdown "only" take-away is possible. Whatever. Received very nicely, food ready a minute and very, very tasty 👍🏼

There were three of us last night. Service totally good even if the service staff was alone. Even though the restaurant was completely full. Food super delicious. Very large portions! The lemonade was absolutely delicious and refreshing - recommendation from the nice young service staff! It's great that she still took the time to respond to every gas even though she was just running around😅 It's great that there is such a delicious restaurant in our city. Many thanks to the young lady who made us sweet the whole evening. Unfortunately the other guests were annoying. If a service person works alone when the booth is full, you don't have to stop them because of mistakes in the kitchen. She is not responsible for mistakes in the kitchen. She took good care of it anyway. Still a nice evening. But with so many guests, more than one waitress is definitely necessary, even if the woman still did a good job. Thanks to the nice woman who made us a great evening on Halloween!

Good citizens in themselves. Ambience could be a little more welcoming. Not so sterile and empty. Citizens are tasty but very small for my taste. Should be much larger.

I don't want to complain about the burgers, but the tiny chips look like leftovers, which is outrageous.

Why I only give one star has nothing to do with the food, unfortunately I couldn't try that (although the need was very high with all these positive reviews). Due to current events, please wait in the windscreen in front of a glass door before entering the restaurant, which was not a problem at all. What didn't work, however, was picking up the customer at this door. Because entering the restaurant without staff on the notice board was expressly prohibited. I hope that it will work on my next visit and that I will still enjoy your citizens and of course give you more stars. Update: So one day later the whole thing looks completely different, I was noticed relatively quickly and I was taken care of very well. I am very happy that I came here again, because I have never eaten such a good, almost perfect citizen. The service was very nice and friendly. From now on I'll always eat here when I'm there 👍👍👍

As soon as the delivery arrives, you know that it was worth it and you want to treat yourself to it again at some point 😊 all ingredients are fresh and delicious. Also visually a poem. When I think about how the burgers look on the packaging or on the advertising with other fast food providers, and what reality then brings, these are worlds of difference and often disappointing. Different here. You expect the usual, ragged burger thing and instead you get a super awesome, mega delicious burger that looks and tastes like the original in the USA. Really highly recommended Ronald mc donald go home !!

Ordered by phone while on vacation. Delivery was even possible to a vacation home without a name tag. The food arrived hot and the burgers were great. We will order again on the next vacation!

Were there on 08/15/2020 at 3:00 p.m. no one was there. Stood in the restaurant for 10 minutes. Even when we called, nobody responded. When we left the restaurant the waitress was standing at the back exit and smoked. We will not come back!

Tested the delivery service today! We are a family of 5! Order was within the previously announced 30 minutes. There! Top! Packaging very high quality impression! Top! Unfortunately the temperature is only lukewarm! Something needs to be improved! Taste great! Top Everyone was full and everyone enjoyed it! Conclusion: we will order again! Praise to the burger team!

Very comfortable and very friendly service. We were there today and would go if we are in the area again. The food was very tasty. For my taste a bit of sauce but otherwise really great. At this burger place, the focus is clearly more on the burger than on the atmosphere and experience. The interior looks quite standard. There is nothing too special about it. The burgers are quite customizable. The prices for customizations are however quite high. For example, removing or replacing a feature does not mean that you don't pay for the removed feature. Some of the higher priced items do not jusitify the comparably high price. The Trüffelpommes for example are fries with a thin layer of cheese and a tiny sprinkle of trüffel that are both used up after the first five fries. Disappointing, expected more from these fries for this price. I personally did not enjoy the burger. But maybe it was just my choice. I have heard that their only vegetarian burger was fine after doing some costly addons. However, there is not much choice about vegetarian products. After asking politely, we were given the WiFi key.
